The sofa and table which was delivered on 25th March 2023 was not as per the specifications given at your store M Studio, Gurgaon. They were sub-standard and inferior quality products. Below are the complete details.

When we visited your store on 5th March 2023 at around 4:30 pm with Mrs. Rina Dey for placing an order for Sofa and Table, it was discussed that the sofa legs will be real Teak Wood and they will be part of the frame of the sofa. The sofa which was delivered yesterday had teak colored legs (not real Teak Wood. It was just an imitation) that too just fixed with screws, which I specifically mentioned on 5th March that I don’t want such a thing. The sofa legs were about to break while your delivery guy was setting the sofa in my home. You agreed on the real Teak Wood legs for the sofa which would start from the top of the frame to make it durable for the long run and decided the price. But what was delivered to me was a totally opposite and inferior quality product.
If we talk about the table, you said that the table is made of Real Teak Wood with Onyx marble and hence the cost that you gave us was 18,000. But what came yesterday was a table with I don’t know which kind of wood and also it looked like it was painted instead of polish. The marble on the top had numerous deep scratches and it looked like an old marble not a brand new one. Also we had said for a no to metal but still metal rings are put at the bottom of the table. There was no finish on the table or the sofa. Even the sofa fabric had so many wrinkles at stitchings. It was looking very bad and ugly.

Therefore we discussed with Ravi over phone on 25th March 2023 about our dissatisfaction and returned all your products.
We trusted you because of Mrs. Rina Dey as she is a family friend and she recommended you as a very good furniture provider.

But we have lost our trust because you have cheated us in almost everything from not following the customization to selling teak color wood in the name of Real Teak. We don’t want to move any further. Kindly refund our full payment of 63,000 ASAP in the original form.

There was no call or effort from your side to discuss our dissatisfaction. It was me who had been texting/calling Ravi since 25th March 2023 but no response was being received until 29th March 2023. We have clearly stated to Ravi on 29th March 2023 where he accepted the mistake of selling substandard quality sofa and table, that we don't want to buy anything from MStudio now as we have been badly cheated.

I had made a UPI payment of 25,000 in advance on 5th March 2023 when we visited your store to the owner Manish Chopra. On 25th March 2023, payment of 38,000 was again made via UPI to Ravi Rathore.

Hi Good Morning.
As per my understanding
Sofa has been made as per specs and design and there is not other quality has been used either for center tabel or sofa..
And if u want to do comparison between display product and send product..u r most welcome to compare ..
Mrs Rina day is our trusted customer and there are many more like her because of our good relationship and hard work ..if there is any quality issue u found that we can surely correct as these are man made products not machine made .
We cant do refund on custome order but will surely give u correct thing .
More then happy if u want to visit studio on Monday and discuss face to face .

When we returned the product, after that no one from seller's end contacted us to understand the issue or to provide a solution or refund. It was us who were chasing them over this quality and cheating issue. Now they dont accept their mistake. What should I do ? It is my father's hard earned money that is stuck with them. His store has camera's but he is not giving us the recording for the day when we ordered because everything was discussed and agreed by them on that day for all specifications. That will be the proof for everyone.
Can I file an FIR under sections 154, 415-420 against him and what all proofs will I need ?
