A.Dear Client

Nowadays, many courts in India are trying to digitizing their records online hence it is very easy for the companies or employers to get the background check done.

Any criminal records where the judgement have been passed or under trial or in the investigation stage itself must have to be bring into the notice during police verification. As in your case, the court have given its judgement so you can mention this incident in the police verification with an assurance that such incidents will not take place anytime in the future.

Failing to do so may create employment complications for you in the future in case the employer will get to know about this incident.
