I have two children both are below 10 years. I already applied divorce. Now my children are with his father. I have some property which is inherited from my forefathers can I sell them for my needs.

A. dear client you can not sell as it is an ancestral property. because you need to talk with your childrens.

First, one need to see the order of the Hon'ble Court.
Second, you can not sell as it is an ancestral property.
