Children major ,making money .
My wife has left me about 3 months ago . I have that in writing as she took all her belongings with her .
When can I approach the court for a decree & can I registere myself on a matrimony site ?

A.dear client kindly send her legal notice for restitution. if she deny to return then file divorce application in family court. try to settle your matter amicably first.

My suggestion would be talk to your wife first and settle it amicably.
Divorce by mutual consent would be best option for both of you.
Once marriage is dissolved /divorce is granted then for Ad etc.

A.You can approach the court for a separation or divorce anytime you want now. You can file a case and then let your wife respond to it in case she wants to contest the case for any reason. I would suggest you better speak to your wife, if possible, and go for a mutual consent divorce as it will save your time, effort and money.

A.You cannot go for a second marriage unless your first marriage is dissolved by a decree of divorce. You can either file a 1) divorce petition on the ground of cruelty or 2) go mutual consent divorce which takes 6 months provided both the parties to the marriage moves the first and second motion together in court.
