Dean of College unlawfully deprived my wife from many DA arrears, City compensation allowance, Pl encashment in lieu of joining time on transfer etc. Several payment of salary and allowances were paid at the lesser rare than that prescribed by law. Several letters for it had been given to Dean and complaint was filed to higher authorities (Vice chancellor, Registrar and Comptroller of University). Neither pending claims given, nor any action taken against defaulter Dean, not of my complaint/grievances replied by any. what to do ?

A.Dear Sir,
Your wife can fight legally by approaching service tribunal or the High Court. Produce all the relevant documents before the concerned authorities/courts.
