Distribution of Property held by Registered Society to other societies.
We are members of a registered society in Uttar Pradesh. All the members are from the same family and the society was constituted to operate public schools and other institutions. Now, the family is undergoing partition and they wish to distribute the NGO property equally to their own independently owned NGOs.
We are looking for a firm/chamber who have experience in such matters.
A.Dear Client
You can look for a law firm or chamber that specializes in NGO property distribution and partition cases. They can assist you in the legal process and ensure that the distribution is done fairly and according to the laws and regulations.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, the properties of Society and Trust cannot become individual properties of its members. Please consult local experienced person who is dealing with such issues.
