My dad has purchased the land from mr.X. Mr.X got that land through mulageni act, we purchased that within 2 years of the transfer of that land to mr. X from mr Y who was the owner of that land.. now we cant sell that land because that land was purchased within 15years of transfer to mr x.. if we want to sell that property we need mr. X's family sign as Mr X is deceased. But Mr X family is demanding huge amount in order to sign. What is the solution

A.Dear Sir,
Basically the transaction is illegal as such no further suggestion can be given and you are at the mercy of legal heirs of deceased Mr. X family.
