Hi, I brought one flat and on right side of my flat there is life and on left side there is a refuse area door next to the refuse area door there is 5 ft long wall is build and then my neighbours door . And they keep all their stuff(shoe rack , lock the electric duck ) in common area but not allowing use to keep the Shoe rack. they are keep arguing with me on daily basis.Could you please help me ..

A.Dear Client,
Please try negotiating here. Have a discussion withe neighbours. If the shoe rack is not for common purpose use, they are not obliged to share the same. However, if common space is encroached, you can file a complaint.

A.Hi client,
If it's a common area, your neighbour alone cannot utilise the same.
Inform the same to the Secretary of your building in writing informing that which byelaw they have violated. Hope it will work.
