Can we sell land which does not have single RTC but by doing 11E sketch only?

It is generally not possible to sell land that does not have a Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crop Inspection (RTC) document. The 11E sketch or survey sketch alone is not sufficient to establish ownership of the land or the right to sell it.
