how serious is showcause notice on title deed of a gifted property put up for injunction

i gifted my property to my brother on a verbal commitment but he failed to honour the commitment and he stopped talking then i took legal action by filing a suit and putup of injunction on the property for which i got showcause notice being sent by court. he has started developing the property with a developer ad 80% complete what are my chances ?
