i would like to ask about the property tax as someone has made an online transaction without my knowledge and have not authorized anyone to do so , i have checked the payment receipt of property tax and the property tax PTIN number is still reflecting under my name
, however i want to take it up legally and know as to who has done this and send them a legal notice, however i only have the transaction id details in the receipt can any lawyer help me with this
