I am a 17 years old girl who is in love with a guy who is 5 years older than me. I was subjected to sexual abuse by a family member when I was about 7 years old. When I reported this to my mother she physically abused me and kept me quite. My father used to click pictures of mine when I am sleeping and circulate it among his friends and many other forms of physical and mental abuse by both my parents. When my partner came to know about this we decided to report to SP, Women commission and local police came for an enquiry. However after almost two months they have started to harass me again. They will threat me that if I report to police they will file a false fir against my partner. Myself and my partners are well aware of the laws involving POCSO and have never ever done any physical relationship. He even lives in an entire different state. I want to know what way I can file a case against my parents and that culprit.
