A.Dear Client

To get custody of your child and a divorce, you can file a petition in the Family Court with evidence supporting your case. The court will consider the best interests of the child while deciding on custody and visitation rights. You can even seek financial support from your husband for the upbringing of the child. Please consult an experienced lawyer who expertise in family laws.
