श्रीमान जी में मुस्लिम धर्म से ताल्लुक रखता हूं हमारा एक पेत्रक मकान हैं जिसमे में और मेरी दो सगी बहनें साथ में रहते हैं हमारी किसी की शादी नहीं हुई है यह की हमारे ही साथ में हमारी बुआ जी की लड़की भी रहती थीं जिन्होंने एक बेटी लेकर पाली थी जिसकी उम्र 14 वर्ष है यह की बुआ जी की लड़की का देहांत हो चुका है और उनकी लड़की की देखरेख हम तीनो बहन भाई कर रहे हैं यह की कुछ दिनों से उपरोक्त लड़की के खानदान वाले जबरदस्ती आकार घर पर कब्जा जमा कर बैठ गए हैं और अभद्र व्यवहार कर रहे हैं और घर को कब्जाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं यह की हमारी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है उक्त लोग पुलिस को पैसे खिलाकर हमे दबाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कृपया हमे क्या करना चाहिए

there are few remedies you can avail aginst them :
1- It is advisable to you to file a case against them for house trespass
2 - you can file a complaint to police against them for criminal intimidation under section 506 of IPC.
