Wedding hall cancel refund
Hello Sir,
I booked a wedding hall for around 1lac rupees for a function on 13 June 2022 at Iskcon Mumbai, we cancelled the function due to unavoidable circumstances, their T&C mention that we can rebook the hall within one year but cannot refund/adjust the amount in case of change of hall(which seems to be ambiguous). We never asked for change of hall, but that hall itself is not available since they have made a cafe eatery there, they are now denying refund and they want me to adjust to a new hall which will be difficult for me to adjust(since new hall is on second floor, old one which I had booked is on ground floor and a bit smaller than the one I had booked) . What next steps can I take. Kindly help.
