I m in a new school in class 11 but I don't like this school and want to withdraw but I have already attended 3 days in this school so can I get refund for admission fee ?

A.Yes, you are entitled to a refund!
The Courts have repeatedly held that students are entitled to a refund upon quitting a coaching center/ educational institute or college midway through a course.
Approach the coaching center for a refund application first (this can be a letter). If the management declines to grant the refund, tell them you will be taking the matter to the Consumer Protection Act. Refund-of-fees cases are very common and the law is on the students’ side. You will win the case.
