Hi,

I want to know as a tenant, what repairs or alterations I can do to my tenanted house.
My landlord is not repairing. I want to see the act and do the things under the act.
Please let me know where can I find cantonment act for house repairs

First, get the local law books either in English or local language whichever you are comfortable with.Second, go to the local municipal corporation office and they will tell you what to do next.
Simple. This is not a Rocket Technology.

A.U can send the writin notice to the landlord. If not ready to repair then u can do it . And reduce the amount in monthly rent
