Divorce

My husband is not ready to get separated. But I don't want to leave with him. He is alcoholic and his behaviour is not good towards me. If I ask for a divorce he says will not leave u. Make sure you will suffer whole life if you leave me.

You have the right to divorce.
Simple. Make up your mind first.

When one of the spouses are not willing to give divorce when the other wants it, as Law Courts are in favour of saving marriage. What you are suggesting is cruelty from your husband towards you. So, first you collect some proof-evidence for his cruelty. I do not know if you are with him, or left him.

You an file a case for divorce on the ground of cruelty and the court will take into consideration of him being an alcoholic and accordingly the case will move on. You can also add in your petition that he is physically abusing you after drinking, in case he does that.
