Hi, In our apartment 2 family staying for last 6 years without registering their flats and now 6 months maintenance charges and sinking fund also not paid to the association . Many despite of frequent reminders they not paid. Please help us where to complaint for non payment of maintenance charge and non registration of their flats??

You can issue legal notice to flat owners to pay arrears of maintenance and if they fail to pay file suit to recover the outstanding dues
