Myself got married at 1st may 2015 exactly after 6 months november 1 my wife slipped down from the
the first floor balcony me and my mother admitted her in a hospital and conveyed the message to her brothers and her mother on first enquiry by police my wife admitted that she slipped and fell down she was severely injured days passed after two months when my hard earned money all went for her traetment and i asked some help from her brothers they accused me and my mother that we tortured her and we pushed her down from first floor the case got registered under 307 and 498A in 2019 when she was witnessed and cross examined she admitted that she slipped and fell down and in doctors report too there were no scratches in her body excet her spinal card which got hurt when she fell down now 498A allegations is going on in court i lost my job and everything but till now me and my mother are attending the court can any one assist on it
Quashing depends upon several factors. At least further investigation may be stayed for some time.
You may immediately go to High Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and seek quashing of such false FIR since you have spent so much amount and also her first statement says that she fell down due to slip.
