My client is a builder partnership firm-
They have constructed building on their own land.
All the 8 flats built on the land are sold to the members.
Builder has not form the society nor they have made any land conveyance sofar.
They want to assigned the responsibility to form the society and conveyance to the third party who is interested in this consignment. After the conveyancing and forming the society the third party intent to build two additional flats.
Kindly let me know what sort of agreement between my client (original builder) and the interested third party has to make. Please provide me agreement format if any available with you.

A.Dear Sir,
You may enter into memorandum of understanding with the third party if right is reserved to construct two additional flats or such right is given as per sanctioned plan.
