Situation is as under
1. A shop is in the rent of my father's name for last 40 years and rent receipt issued upto year 2000 in my father's name.
2. My father died in 1991 and my mother died in 1995.
3. We are two brothers and run shop jointly upto 2005.
4. I am younger son and got government service in September 2008.
5. We devided from joint family in 2005 and our paternal property devided in 2016 by paper.
6. My Elder brother got registery the said shop cum land in his wife's name in 2013 by actual owner.
Please clarify legally
1. As my father is original tenant of the said shop and we are two brothers and run shop jointly upto 2005 and no rent paid to owners after 2000 and I am in government service since 2008. The said shop Cum land got registery by owner in the my Elder brother's wife's name in 2013. What is my position in the said shop Cum land as per law. I want half share.

A.Dear Client,
The legal heirs are the owners of the joint property and joint responsibilities as well.
If you are not happy you have the right to opt out.

A.U should file partition suit. Or burden on u . Submit all legal documents before court . As a joint family property
