Seller not doing RC transfer Seller not doing RC transfer

Hi,
I have sold my bike to a person who contacted me from online portal(OLX).
I have been chasing him from last 30 days to initiate process for change in ownership, but he is been avoiding that. Now he has stopped answering my calls as well.
I don't have any legal document for sale deal.
We just written our agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper and signed(both parties). I believe this won't be considered as legal document.
I have taken his aadhar and pancard copy as well(if it helps)
Payment have taken via UPI app and cash.
What action should I take to be safe from any legal issue ?

A.Firstly I like to know whether you signed statutory forms required under M V Act for transfer of ownership of the vehicle in the name of purchaser.
Even in case of yes or no to query
Reach out to Motor Vehicle Deptt concerned ASAP and informed them in writing that you have sold out your bike furnishings the details of Purchaser and all of his documents and take a official receipt of the application to keep yourself safe and secured from any litigation arising out of sold out vehicle.
As per Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 purchaser has to apply to RA for change of ownership and address with in 30 days of transaction held between purchaser and seller. Non compliance of statutory provision of relevant law make purchaser liable to face penalty and other consequences.
