Delaying in product delivery

Sir I ordered a cricket Bat from KWE sports from Kashmir in WhatsApp and I prepaid the total amount before delivery,,
As the seller given shipping date is 5 th may 2023
But till now they are not shipped my product and saying that they will update soon,
Please help me

When the value of goods ordered is paid to the Seller who delayed in delivery of goods, so prima facie it appears to be a fit case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Reach out to Consumer Forum concerned alongwith the documents that prove placing of the order and remittance of the value of goods for filing a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against the Seller/Service Provider after serving a legal notice to Seller.
