Sir/madem mrre sasural ne mere sath domedtic violence harassment kia he or viridh krne pr saadi ke ek hfte baad b usne muje dhokhe de ghar se nikal dia, or jab mene uski police complain ki yo usne apne bchaav me mujpr divorce case kr diya or udke dad ne sath mil kr use bedakhal kr dia saadi ke baad,bt sir/madem meri saadi ko kuch hi month hue he or 2018 may ko muje saadi ko bvhana he or ghar b , so muje court ke threw vapis jana he under domextic violence act jo b subhidha mili he ek women ko , kya shi hoga ese me case krna mrans jese vo bedkhl he,or tkhna nhi chahta,kya muje mil skti he protection , or vhi ghr rehne ko, me cade krna chahti hu os pr domestic violenc ka? Bedekhli ki vje se ya usne mujpr divorce case kia he , so mera case en do vje se dismiss to nhi hoga, bcz mera koi fault ksur nhi h..

First step... To file a case under 125 Cr.P.C and ask for interim maintenance.

A.Dear Madam,
Even before filing DV case it is better to file petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C for interim maintenance.

A.Yes, you have those reliefs. You can file right to residence under Domestic Violence and also restitution under the marriage law. please ask Vidhikarya to refer you to a lawyer in your locality.
