Travel Agency Exorbitant Cancellation Charges
11 months ago
Had booked a tour of New Zealand and paid Rs 250000 advance for 2 people to a tour company.
Visa got rejected for reasons which are not clear for us as well as the tour company.
The tour company is asking for Rs 55000 cancellation charges and are not providing biofocation of the same.
Also for the same scenario a month ago my sister was charged Rs 25000 per person.
Om the itinerary it states that 30 days prior to departure cancellation charges are 100%
(But it does not specifically state visa rejection case)
Please advise for the same.
