Complaint:
I have ordered this product on 9th April
And received it on 11th April
Due to some personal issue( Strap size) I had to return the product
Where I had raised the request of return and refund policy on 12th April and the item got picked on 18th April.
With all the due respect and necessary invoice, bill and packaging I had returned the product.
This wasn't the first experience, since I m a online shopper I frequently shop and return
So, I was waiting for the refund amount which gets done in 3-4 working days.
But at this time it was very late
I thought of raising the complaint and I did.
Very patiently I was waiting for the refund but didn't receive it as per the given date
I repeated the process but there was no convenient reply or Any action for the end of Flipkart.
No Customer care had solved my issue, moreover they mentioned it as Resolved in my session.
Now its been more than 10 days but yet there is no appropriate reply or action from flipkart.
This is very disappointing.
Hope this site might help me in order to receive my amount.
