Sir I am under 18 and got to know about child pron on a website didn't know child porn is illegal i got intrest in knowing what is child pron and get to know that It is illegal but i wanted to know so I searched on internet and found that on dark web i can get to know what it is so i downloaded and for preventing my self from hacker i turned on VPN and when i searched a site opend a it says I have your IP and send me 500$ other wise he will give my IP to law enforcers will police arest me or should I inform the police i haven't told my parents about it what should I do please help me sir
