Dear Sir/Madam, 1) A family partition (kaithadi) unregistered document year 1975 is valid or not.
2) "X" purchased a land from "Y". Afterwards he gave it to his father by Paga vidhulai registered document. Now while checking its origin in revenew records, mentioned as belongs to a temple trust time being manager. But "Y" get these properties thru court family partition. In court order only it is mentioned as this and other lot of property belongs to this "Y". Now I am having a question, that this trust property was given as paga vidhuthali registered document to "X" father is valid or not.
Can we considered "3) X" is the time being manager of this trust property, since "Y" sold to "X" orfather of "X" is the time being manager. 4) Father of "X" then divide this property by an unregistered family partition (kaithadi) to his another two sons. Is it valid.
