High Court of AP granted 4 weeks of Stay order on construction of government building in private property. But the respondent is still involving in construction works which is against the court orders.
We request you to kindly suggest how to take pictures which can be produced as evidence of Contempt of High Court order. My advocate suggested ensure to capture the data along the picture. Kindly suggest the standard way of capturing the picture or video so that I can submit as evidence.

A.Dear Sir,
Move urgent application for appointment of Court Commissioner and get a status report on such ongoing constructions and then move contempt petition. You may capture the photos/vedeos having date and time of recording and be sure the recorder must be available for examination in Court. Further approach some local media to get pictures and publish or telecast.
