Car booking date fraud

Booked a car on 12th Jan from a showroom
Have a receipt for the same
But got mail from Mahindra stating that booking date is 03rd Feb
Because of that my delivery date got postponed for year and half and price is also have been increased by 1.04 lakh
Now Showroom manager not taking any responsibility
I am helpless now
Can I go to customer court for this
