My birth certificate has DOB 25-10-1989 which is issued by Munciple Corporation at that time of birth. My mMarksheet and LC have DOB 25-06-1989.
Is there any possible way in our law like applying to some authority for change or in court someway under some law to change it to the original?

There are certain stepd you need to follow if you are from delhi :
The steps are as-
--To change the name on your birth certificate online, download the form https://crsorgi.gov.in/web/index.php/auth/login
Get the “Birth Certificate Update/ Correction Form” from the Municipal Corporation Office or the Gram Panchayat in the vicinity of where the birth took place.
--Affidavit Submission: An affidavit needs to do the correction and change the name in the birth certificate of the applicant. For that, you need to contact a local notary officer who will help you mention the current name and the desired new name, and may mention in brief the reason for a name change. One must make the affidavit on a Non- judicial stamp paper of minimal value.
--Fill up the correction form for birth certificate correction online Delhi. Then submit it to your respective District Court in Delhi before a magistrate along with an affidavit or certified copy with the judge’s original signature.
--Advertisement Publication: You have to publish announcement in two newspapers- one in the local official language and the other in English.
--Gazette Notification: Get your name published in the Official Gazette of Delhi. For that, you can approach the Government Press of Delhi. Fill up the form for the same and pay the required fees. The state’s Official Gazette will publish your name change notification. They will send you the copy of the same at the address you might have mentioned.
