Hi i was married back in 2016 and just in 2 months of marriage my in Laws filed a domestic voilance case on me just because i was flying to overseas and i couldnt take my wife with me. And in one month the settled the matter by themselves and send tgeir daughter to my house. Later on she stayed with me on and off and her parents interferance continued on silly things the wanted me to leave my parents which i cant and now since July 2018 her parents detained her illigally and i have no clue where she is neither i have any communication with her since. After several attempts of my family to get her back her parents sent them back blocked all our phone numbers neither want to talk to any one. Finally i get to hear from crime branch (police) that i demand them dowry which is illogical. They are not letting me to meet my wife neither phone communication, i am sure my wife is with them and the are pressurising me to divorce her and pay panelty. I have sent couple legal notice's as well but no response from them. Can you suggest what shoukd i do in this regardd .
Suggestions are highly appreciated ..

I did send the notice through lawyer, twice but did not file the suite yet. I am new to all this wanted to seek advice if that goes well in my favor or what. And i am 200% sure they can not prove anything againest me except posing irrelevant illigations like i dont care for her dont pay her and was doing domestic voilence yhats all. But they did not file any case on me yet in the court only through police because of their personal approach. ??
