Refund from edtech Refund from edtech

I enrolled for a course by mistake and later realized that I did not need that course. The edtech platform however had not shared any document on refund or terms and conditions. I am denied refund from them. Legally , should they return my money? Can I file a case against them?

A.Dear Client,

In the absence of any information of the course curriculum, or refund policy even you can claim refund of fees being found it deficient after enrollment. You may serve a legal notice and file a complaint against the Institute before the Dist. Consumer Court concerned claiming a refund of fees for deficiency in service (provided you got MR of your payment at the time of enrolment) along with compensation for harassment. In case you need our assistance for serving legal notice or filing case before Consumer Court you get in touch with our legal team with all your relevant papers.

A.Hello,
If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area.
