Respected sir/mam,
MY father purchased a farm in village 9 years ago on a BOND agreement in front of 2 persons...we have KABSA since from 9 years but now the seller is betraying us due to increment of land price...he made form ten on that land ...
What should we do sir/mam

A.Nothing any issues. U should file adverse possession suit

A.Dear Client,
Option 1. If you want to have that piece of land then you have to follow the law of the land.
Option 2.If you do not want to follow, and since you have defaulted you have to quit that piece of land.

You must claim adverse possession over it. You must say that your father is in possession of the same since more than 15 years because 12 years is the minimum period to claim adverse possession. You must contact an intelligent advocate and file suit for permanent injunction. They cannot remove you without due course of law.
