Civil case with property value 4,02,500.(property in Jaggayyapet, krishna district, A.P) which court we have to file a case. Can we file a case in Nandigama or vijayawada. I don't want to file a case in jaggayyapet. Please answer my question

A.Dear Mr Ravi I ,
The Court has a territorial jurisdiction.
Whether you like or dislike you have to file a case in that Court/in that district.
Secondly, if you do not want to go to a particular place for the reasons best known to you in that case
you increase the value of the land /cost and go to the next court above the former as per the procedure.
In both the cases you have to follow the law.

If you do not wish to file a suit in a particular court then increase the valuation and file in the higher court.
