A.Hi client,

A lot of things are to be checked before considering the same. Like -
Are you the owner of the flat/apartment?
Were any such clauses were included related to the guest?
Generally, if a bachelor is staying alone then, bringing anybody from opposite gender is still not accepted in many Indian Societies.
You have to deal this carefully. Speak with the local authorities, clarify them. It would be best if you will connect with an advocate and check the agreement of the said apartment/ flat in question.

Thanks and Regards
Simi Paul

They cannot do like that but many of them taking law and order in their hands and issuing instructions to the Security people like that. You may get issue legal notice and get appropriate remedy.
