My father received a property from his father,
My grandfather received the same from this father through partition.
Wanted to understand is this an ancestral property?
When my father was alive, he sold the property.
Now can we claim the property sold by my father considering this as ancestral property.?

A.Hello,
As per the information you have mentioned , It can be judged that property is a ancestral property and you have right of interitance in that property as well as per Hindu Succesion Act.
