My late grandfather had a security deposit for trading in sebi in 1986which family is unaware of.my grandfather expired in 2000 but my family got to know about security money in 2015 my grandfather had 5daughter well married in good family 2 sons who suffered all life because of loss now I want to know like right of daughter does her daughter inherited this money

A.Dear Client,

The Security Deposit is termed as the tangible asset of the Owner who left it intestate, so all the surviving beneficiaries/legal heirs are eligible for an equal share of the proceeds/ accrued value of said Security Deposit and on expirty of original Depositor, all the surviving legal heirs/beneficiaries have to jointly claim the maturity proceed of the said Deposit.
