Cheating and careless service

My carrier inverter AC is 1 year 6 months old,I had cooling issues so I booked for service with their authorised service centre.They came and said that they have to refill gas and do jet pump cleaning.I agreed and paid them 5800 rupees.Ac was working well for one week again same issue.So I complained again.Again they checked and said gas is empty we have to take indoor and outdoor unit to service centre and check.I agreed that also because I've paid.I can't tell in detail how hard it was for me to follow them to attend the problem two times.After ten days of effort same person came and uninstalled the units and told that they will take to service centre in two days.Two weeks passed no one is responding properly.I don't know what to do pls help.

you can file a complaint in the consumer disputes redressal commission under the consumer protection act for deficiency in service.
In addition you can also file a complaint in the appropriate court under section 420 of IPC for cheating
