Refund from coaching institute
I had purchased a course from an institute. They sent me a SD Card which had all the class videos. But now I'm not able to access the classes. Later they informed me that the gadget should have minimum 4GB RAM. This information was not given while purchasing the course. As my tablet/mobile phone doesn't have 4GB RAM I can't watch recorded classes on my device through the SD card. Institute had not mentioned the RAM requirement in their course details. When I'm requested refund of fees paid, they are telling that it is non-refundable. Can I get refund legally?

A.Dear client,
While signing up to the institution you might have signed a few documents and waivers . In these contracts if you have at point agreed to their non-refundable policy, that means you have legally agreed to this. If you have done this unknowingly or by mistake, you can take the matter to court where you will have to prove that you did not intend to sign over that agreement
