Asking for a refund from byjus Asking for a refund from byjus

I've purchased a course on PSIR optional from Byjus for a period of 2 years on 14th February, 2023. This course had a condition under which I could ask for a refund within 15 days from buying the course. On 19th February, 2023, that is, 5 days later, I raised a serious issue and asked the company to give a solution. But the company did not give me any solution within the next 10 days. Not only that, even after the company failed to produce any solution I called them repeatedly for the solution but everytime I was promised a call back from the company, which never came. It has been 3 months that the company has not given me any solution and as a result I called them to ask for a refund. Even now, the company is not cooperating well. Where shall I contact for this matter?

A.Dear Client,
From the contents of your query, it transpires that despite your objection after 5 days Byjus did not respond to your query/objection with an ulterior motive to kill time to make your claim for a refund of tuition fees barred by time. Such an unethical practice to prevent a claimant from claiming a refund of fees amounted to unfair trade practice. Reach out to an Advocate for serving a legal notice to the Byjus and for filing a complaint against them under Consumer Act before the Consumer Court claiming a refund of the entire tuition fee, along with compensation for harassment.
