Sale deed - My father purchased the flat

My father purchased the flat in 1993.they are two partners .Aggreement is done but sale is remaining but builder is not doing sale deed one patner is ready but another patner is not getting ready to do that .what is the procedure to do the sale deed

When one partner is not ready to abide by the condition of the Deed of Partnership, then the other partner may execute a deed of cancellation of the partnership deed after serving a legal notice. On the basis Deed of Cancellation, your father may enter into a fresh agreement with the Builder and get the property registered in his name. Further, in case the property is bought on the joint contribution of capital by both the partners, then on cancellation of the deed of cancellation of partnership and winding up of business, your father had to settle the claim of another partner before entering into a fresh agreement with the Builder before registration of sale deed. For any type of dispute consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
