A.Dear Client,
Apart from litigation, you can mitigate your plights through other agencies that rendered dedicated service for the protection of interest and security of women in distress. You can represent your crisis before the Chairperson, Women's Commission, or Human Rights Commission who takes suo motto action once a complaint reached to them. Few NGOs/Societies are also engaged themselves for the purpose and render their dedicated services for the protection of the interest and dignity of women of the society who are facing such type of ordeal in their domestic life. You can at least approach to them once to resolve your crisis failing which you may escalate your complaint before the Court under PWDV Act and other Acts to resolve your crisis.

A.Hi client ,

Immediately lodge a 498 a in the local police station. File a contested divorce, and maintenance case after consulting with an advocate.
You can also report the same to the Women's welfare association in your area.
Thanks and Regards
