A.Dear Madam,
You can file partition suit if father is no more saying that entire amount was belonging to father who purchased the land. Then the son may come to compromise as the case will goes for years together.

A.Dear client,

The answer to your question may depend on the specific laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the property is located. In many legal systems, property rights and inheritance laws can vary, so it's essential to consult with a lawyer who specializes in family law or property law in your country or region for accurate advice.

However, as a general principle, if the land was purchased with the son's money but registered in the father's name, it may be considered as the father's property, and the son may have a claim to it based on the financial contribution he made. The rights of the married daughter to the property would generally depend on the applicable laws of inheritance, marital property rights, and any relevant family laws in your jurisdiction.

Laws regarding inheritance and property rights can be complex and are subject to interpretation. Factors such as the presence of a will, any applicable marital property laws, and local customs can all impact the distribution of property in these situations.

To fully understand the legal implications and the rights of each family member involved, it is strongly recommended to consult with a qualified lawyer who can assess the specific details of your situation and provide advice based on the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
