Impure seed sold by company

a seed company sold impure seed to shopkeeper and the same seed sold by shopkeeper to customer then customer file case against shopkeeper then what defence taken by shopkeeper in this situation

Shopkeeper is not the manufacturer of the seeds and the presence of the company which manufacturers is the necessary party to such proceedings. You may go to High Court and get such proceedings quashed against you.
