I was tracked using my passbook
I am not minor and was not living with family whom are adversaries. They regularly made multiple copies of passbook of mine to know my account balance, place of stay etc. I have the last passbook seized from them. This book was given to them by bank without my knowledge. Can i filed petition against the person responsible under 72A of IT act?
A.Dear client,
Please first lodge a complaint with the manager of the bank. If he fails to solve your issue, you may issue a legal notice to the bank
