A.Dear Client,
The relationship between a tenant and the landlord is governed by the terms and conditions of a written Rent/lease Agreement. If the terms and conditions of the said agreement did not support your claim, you cannot get any relief in the matter even through litigation. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear client,
Ordinarily the landlord is bound to pay the expenses for the maintenance of the property. Please issue a legal notice to him. If that doesn't work out, please file a suit in Court if he deducts your money for recovery
