i don't have proof of our marriage legally but we spend 12 years suddenly he got second marriage without my knowledge, I m a govt teacher he took 16-pound jewelry and my loan amount of 12 lac he returned 8 only after a police visit, I need remaining amount and jewelry so how should file the case legally and how to punish him
