Dear sir,
(1) Is mere giving complaint leads to filing FIR ?
(2) What are the provisions regarding illegal occupation and possession of govt land by private persons ? If such persons are in possession of such land for more than 12 years,then will get good title over govt land ?
(3)Can we get third party FIR though RTI ?
(4) We are feeling threat from opposite persons,what we have to do now.

A.Dear sir,
My answers are as follows:
(1) Is mere giving complaint leads to filing FIR ?
Ans: Yes, if the police register it under section 154 of CrPC
(2) What are the provisions regarding illegal occupation and possession of govt land by private persons ? If such persons are in possession of such land for more than 12 years,then will get good title over govt land ?
Ans: No, 30 years is the period for govt land one to get adverse title.
(3)Can we get third party FIR though RTI ?
Ans: Yes, it is a public document.
(4) We are feeling threat from opposite persons,what we have to do now.
Ans: Copy of FIR is also available in the concerned court where you can get and apply for anticipatory bail. Nothing to worry.
